Terms of Service
Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use. For commercial work, please contact me so we can discuss it.
Keep in mind that these are base price. meaning, price will change depends on the character's design.
My sketch might not match the final result of commission. it's only to show the concept/expression.
Progress updates are given. please whoop my ass through dm if i forgot to.
Payment are upfront through PayPal, invoice should be sent. Once I got the full payment the sketch will be continued.
No refund.
If you want your commission finish at a certain date, you'll need to pay extra. I would need to prioritize your drawing over my other commissions. For further information, we can discuss it together.
I own the right to post the commission and use the artwork. If you want me to keep it private, please inform me first.
If you do not pay within 48 hours after we agreed on the sketch, your commission will be considered cancled.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. use of the artwork for any advertising profits associated with non fungible tokens/cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for AI learning. Use of the artwork for anything associated with machine learning is strictly prohibited.
